Cathy teaches an "alignment-based vinyasa" class. Her priority is to teach the safest alignment for your joints, bones and muscles so that you can continue to practice yoga throughout your lifetime. She strives to offer difinitive verbal cues to encourage proper alignment in each posture and she provides modifications for yoga students of all levels. She contributes hands-on adjustments to help you find your ideal expression in your poses and she creates creative sequencing that move you from one sequence to the next in a flowing vinyasa practice that in both challenging and playful.
