SATURDAY MORNING MINDFULNESS MEDITATION with DR. JOHN ÁLVAREZ DE LORENZANA

Mindfulness is a very effective, evidence-based therapy for stress, compassion fatigue and burnout. During ourSaturday mornings together, we will warm up our bodies and explore the mind through Vipassana (Insight) meditation. We will practice and learn the Buddha's teachings on how to transcend confusion in the mind to attain enlightenment.
