Postnatal massage will re-energize you as a new mother. Post natal massage therapy supports the body in regaining its pre-pregnancy condition. The simple act of stretching out your body and relaxing the back muscles can alleviate much of the postural strain that has developed over pregnancy.

Some mother’s prefer to sit and breastfeed during an upper body or foot treatment. Other like to rock their newborn in their car seat on the floor while mom lies on the massage table. Some mothers come in on their own. We are open to whatever suits you and your baby’s needs.
